Our at home membership program is deeply entwined in Silverstone Living’s founding in 1895 and is proudly part of our ongoing legacy of over 130 years of experience in senior care. So, when we promise a lifetime of coverage, we mean it.
Retirement planning you can count on
the advantage plan
At Home By Hunt’s Advantage Plan is a comprehensive program that covers services including personal care coordination and management, social and wellness programs, home care services, and if needed, facility based assisted living and nursing home care. Program members can also transition to one of our other life plan communities like Hunt Community or The Huntington with priority placement, should the desire arise at a later date.
Our membership program is designed to be nimble because we know your care needs will change over time. Often care arises gradually, from just a few hours of need per week, then can grow into full-time assistance. The benefit here being: we work alongside you to meet you where you are at during your moment of need.
