Webster at Rye Continues to Achieve Excellence
Webster at Rye's Memory Care and Assisted Living community in Rye, N.H. is pleased to announce our recent deficiency-free survey by the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services. Our community has earned a consecutive deficiency-free status since 2013.
Conducted annually state-wide, the survey team ensures oversight and enforcement of standards designed for safe and appropriate care of individuals residing in assisted living communities. Visits are unannounced and span several days as surveyors look at a multitude of factors including quality of care, resident's rights, life safety issues and the ratio of nursing staff per resident.
Families often base decisions for a loved one's care needs on state inspection reports. The annual survey provides public information regarding quality of care and adherence to regulations.
In April 2016, Webster at Rye opened a brand-new addition offering 27 assisted living apartments as well as 25 suites in our secure memory care community. Beth Rafford, R.N., Director of the Assisted Living and Memory Care Community stated "The survey’s result is a reflection of the dedication, professionalism and compassion of all the employees of Webster at Rye."
