Webster at Rye Continues to Achieve Excellence in Recent State Surveys
Webster at Rye’s skilled nursing, long-term care, memory care and assisted living communities are pleased to announce their recently attained deficiency-free status during the 2018 quality of care surveys conducted by New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services.
Survey teams conduct yearly unannounced inspections of all skilled nursing facilities, ensuring enforcement of standards designed for safe and appropriate care of residents. Surveyors document quality of care, resident’s rights, life safety issues, and the ratio of nursing staff per resident, among other areas of care.
Tom Argue, CEO and Administrator of Webster at Rye for the past thirty-two years, said in a memo to all staff, "The surveyors commented very favorably about the positive attitude, friendliness and compassion of all our staff towards residents and family members alike. It was clear to them, as it is to me, that we have a great team that takes pride in their work and pays attention to the little details. It’s your commitment to providing a high quality of care for our residents that allows Webster at Rye to enjoy such a great reputation."
