Webster at Rye is the registered trade name for the Rannie Webster Foundation's Skilled Rehabilitation, Nursing Care and Assisted Living Community. The foundation is registered with the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office, Division of Charitable Trusts, as a 501(c)(3) "charitable, non-profit organization". Webster at Rye's nursing home beds are licensed with the New Hampshire Bureau of Health Facilities Administration. Webster at Rye is a certified participant in the Medicare and New Hampshire Medicaid program.

Webster at Rye is a member of the New Hampshire Health Care Association, the American Health Care Association, LeadingAge (which represents non-profit health care facilities), and the American College of Health Care Administrators.

Thomas Argue has been the Administrator and CEO of Webster at Rye and the Rannie Webster Foundation since Webster at Rye opened in 1986. He has been a licensed Administrator in New Hampshire for over thirty years, holding an undergraduate degree in Health Administration and a Masters in Business Administration. He has served as President of the New Hampshire Health Care Association, the New Hampshire Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators, the New Hampshire Chapter of the American College of Health Care Administrators and Leading Age of Maine and New Hampshire. Tom has also served on the National Association of Boards of Examiners for Long Term Care Administrators (NAB), as Chairman of the National Nursing Home Administrators Examination Committee, and as Treasurer of NAB.
